Our Live Deals team is focused on covering major deals of interest to sponsors as primary or secondary opportunities, typically in excess of 5m+ EBITDA. 

When covering companies within this criteria, we also cover the associated deals in order to provide an in-depth company profile. This ensures that we provide a comprehensive understanding of the deal landscape within a given sector.
